Smart Solutions PR has just been shortlisted as a finalist for the Optus My Business of the Year Award for 2018.

The company has been offering groundbreaking services in public relations, brand communication, content marketing and MarCom strategy over the past 9 years, servicing national and international clients of all sizes.

The Optus My Business Award is the longest-standing business awards program in Australia, and identifies and acknowledges the achievements of Australia’s best business operators.

Winners of these prestigious awards represent the best of the best.

Smart Solutions PR founder and creative director Erik Bigalk is understandably elated by the nomination.

“This nomination recognises the continued excellence we provide to our clients and in our industry.

“Being recognised is encouraging because it shows us how much our work is valued. It’s a huge compliment, but more importantly, it drives us to keep getting better at what we do,” he said.

“While we are excited about the nomination, delivering engaging campaigns and achieving above and beyond outcomes for our clients still holds the highest reward for us,” he added.

Smart Solutions PR is a specialised brand positioning, personal profiling, business PR and full-service marketing firm.

Moving its headquarter to Melbourne in mid-2016 saw the integration of a publishing and media buying division, bringing about unprecedented growth and continued team expansion, especially over the past two years.

Bringing on new staff in line with the expansion has helped to take the company forward, resulting in nomination for the Telstra Business Award and winning the Ricoh Business Award for Victoria and Tasmania last year.

Winning significant new client accounts, the likes of the Teaching College of Australia, EKA CyberKey, Thalia Stanley Group, Freedom Property Investors and Polishoe has further boosted the Smart Solutions’ business profile.

“It is great to see our business attracting new clients of this calibre. It shows that the unique services and results we are delivering hold appeal for some impressive clients.

“This diversity speaks of our capacity and also keeps us stimulated and determined to grow,” said Bigalk.

“Coming out as a finalist among so many leading agencies in the industry is really a significant achievement in itself.

“Marketing is a competitive arena but this is healthy, it pushes everyone to strive for the best outcomes,” he added.

Erik Bigalk and the Smart Solutions team are looking forward to the Optus My Business Award Presentation on 9 November this year.

They have been shortlisted as a finalist for Business of the Year Award in the Media, Marketing and Advertising category.
