Tuesday TV Ratings: Dirty Knickers And Unfortunate Accidents On SAS Australia

It was a wild episode of SAS Australia last night with one contestant suffering a serious accident.

In the beginning, it was all fun and games for Neighbours star Zima Anderson who was telling her fellow contestants how she had been wearing the same underwear for seven days.

“I’m still wearing the same underwear I wore when I arrived here,” she said.

“If you wanna wear the same undies, (just) chuck a pad (in),” she told the rest of the cast, adding: “I don’t feel too gross yet.”

Things were about to go downhill for the savvy star, however.

In a challenge, the contestants were asked to jump off a tower into the ocean. Anderson goes to leap off the tower, but then the camera cuts away and there is a thud and a blood-curdling scream. Rather than hitting the ocean as planned, Anderson hits a slab of concrete instead.

Chief instructor Ant Middleton and the crew then rush over to help as Anderson is seen lying on the ground wailing.

She was later withdrawn from the show with a broken wrist. On Instagram, she thanked the SAS team and crew for helping her in her moment of need.
