Sunrise Producer Goes Viral On TikTok For Sharing Crazy Morning Schedule

Seven’s Sunrise producer Isla Stanich has taken to TikTok to document her crazy and demanding morning show schedule – and it went viral!

A popular trend on TikTok is people sharing a typical day in their working life. It’s fairly fun because you get to see how all sorts of people live in various careers.

Enter, Stanich, who is a producer on Sunrise and has a bedtime of 5 pm to help cope with her 2 am starts – yes, just reading about it makes me thirsty for coffee.

Stanich shared an engaging TikTok on her daily routine and what is required to keep Kochie and Natalie Barr’s morning hit going. Hint, setting alarms is vital.

Stanich reveals that her start time at work is 2.30 am. This means she doesn’t encounter much traffic on her drive to work, so I guess that is an upside. She starts this early to help get Sunrise on air by its 5.30 am start time.

The glimpse into Stanich’s life quickly went viral, with the TikTok grabbing over 500,000 viewers.

Here at B&T, we are begging Kochie to do a similar TikTok.
