OIS Appoints Adam Rowe as Partnerships Director

OIS has appointed Adam Rowe as its new partnerships director, effective immediately.

In his new role at OIS, which provides improved campaign analytics and optimisation for out-of-home media, Rowe will help support publishers, platforms, and advertisers in creating a frictionless environment and enabling OIS to continue to develop its offering.

Rowe was previously campaign implementation director at oOh! media, where he spent the past nine years. In his role, Rowe was heavily involved in the creation and implementation of oOh!’s new trading and delivery platform, and was the product owner for third-party verification campaign reporting. He was also a member of the Outdoor Media Association’s Outdoor Verification sub-committee.

During his time at oOh!, Rowe supported and developed processes for implementing programmatic offerings, third party verification, and dynamic creative offerings. He also implemented share of time, programmatic, and verification management at oOh! and managed the team responsible for more than 14,000 campaigns per year across 35,000 classic and digital assets in multiple environments.

“As the out-of-home medium has grown and innovated, Adam has been a part of that maturation and has first-hand experience in understanding both the rapid change of the industry but also the challenges that are faced by publishers,” said Justin Singh, CEO of OIS.

“He has been a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading media agencies, publishers and platforms. Ethics is one of the core prerequisites when joining the OIS team, and Adam is renowned for this and his leadership skills. Combined with his experience of leading pDOOH integrations and third party verification innovations over the last few years for one of the world’s largest out-of-home publishers makes him a fantastic addition to the OIS team.

“In between winning multiple awards, including being appointed to work on one of the world’s first industry verification sub-committees, Adam has managed a staggering 100,000-plus campaigns and trafficked almost one million DOOH creative files, working closely with partners to streamline and automate what were previously manual processes. This is a perfect background for taking OIS’s industry leading workflow software Campaign Manager to the next level.”

Commenting on his appointment, Rowe said: “Being employed by one of the world’s largest out-of-home publishers, and having experienced working with all of the third-party verification partners in Australia, I’m excited about the opportunity to join OIS as partnerships director. Based on my own experience, it was an easy decision to join the OIS team for the next chapter of my career in the dynamically growing OOH sector. I’m looking forward to utilising my experiences to provide unique insight to support both advertisers and publishers with scalable and innovative means for ad serving, campaign management and transparency.”

Rowe’s appointment follows that of Cecilia Dinis as client success director as OIS rapidly expands its footprint in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
