Check Out This Special New Zealand Ad For A Jacket That Makes You Look Fashionable While Caring For The Environment
Special New Zealand has created the new brand campaign for Kathmandu’s revolutionary BioDown jacket – a jacket that is ‘made for out there, and biodegrades in here’.
Special teamed up with the world-renowned company to launch this product as the latest instalment to the brand’s “We’re Out There” campaign. Narrated by Kiwi actor Rachel House, the ad portrays the life cycle of the jacket, in a fun, light-hearted yet informative manner.
Kathmandu’s chief customer officer, Eva Barrett says, “Kathmandu has set the ambitious goal of having
100% of our products designed and manufactured using elements of sustainability principles by 2025. The
launch of the BioDown jacket demonstrates how deeply committed we are to this 2025 goal and is a huge
step towards achieving our ambitions.”

for innovation and have created a campaign which highlights the revolutionary nature of the BioDown
product in a way that feels creative, fun, and thought-provoking,” says Barrett.
