Growth Agency Claxon Makes Slew Of Senior Appointments

Global digital growth agency Claxon has expanded its Queensland’s leadership team with the key appointments of Phillippa Netolicky as chief growth officer, Teagan Peake as operations manager and Michael Jeffriess as chief financial officer.

Netolicky has a proven track record in growth and effectiveness in business, having transformed the regional market of global agency McCann with continual double digit growth. With a wealth of national and international experience from building bespoke global teams at McCann for over ten years, she has an impressive network and brings a holistic and personalised approach that will drive Claxon’s success beyond its growth targets.

Netolicky said, “I’m thrilled to be taking on this new role and am looking forward to driving growth and innovation alongside a brilliant group of people who have a relentless, unifying focus on cutting through the noise and doing great work for great clients.”

Peake brings a wealth of operational, change management and digital marketing experience to her role as operations manager at Claxon. Peake’s strategic and commercial mindset is coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities, a passion for systems, and an innovative approach.

She is well versed in culture management and leading teams through meaningful change.

Peake said, “I’m really excited to be joining Claxon at a time of significant growth and expansion. I love having complex challenges to solve, and I feel like I have found my new home in an ever-evolving industry.”

Jeffriess has held executive roles in a number of ASX-listed and privately-held Groups predominantly in the financial services industry. With 23 years experience with various financial companies, he also sits as a director on an accounting association board.

Jefferiess said, “it’s not often you get presented the opportunity to be involved in the growth story of a company that excites you as much as Claxon has to me.”

CEO Stephen Forth is excited about the wealth of experience joining the already strong team.
