Coca-Cola Australia has rolled out its new campaign ‘Turn Up Your Break’.

The campaign will be led by a TVC that encourages people to truly pause with a Coke on their break so they can walk away feeling refreshed and uplifted.

The TVC features two busy chefs stepping outside for a break, the bustling kitchen behind them, as one hands the other an icy-cold Coke.

The scene continues with the iconic “KSHHHH” sound of a bottle of Coke being opened and with every sip the chefs get an instant hit of refreshment. As the playful music kicks in, the chefs mimic a delivery van with a collection of ‘lucky cats’ and start dancing.

Kate Miller, Coca-Cola marketing director – Australia said, “we are very excited about this campaign because it takes a look at how the iconic experience of a Coke can leave you feeling uplifted and refreshed, whether that’s with a Coke No Sugar or Coke Classic.”

“Coca-Cola first introduced ‘The Pause That Refreshes’ slogan more than 80 years ago and this campaign is the cornerstone of that. We know people lead busy lives and we are reminding them to take a step back and have a break for themselves.”

“We hope this campaign will inspire people to refresh and lift their mood with an icy-cold Coke while they are enjoying a well-deserved break,” said Miller.

The campaign is being supported by an integrated marketing campaign across social media, online video, screens, cinema, out-of-home, digital audio and connected TV.
