One Green Bean Bolsters Leadership Team With Three Promotions

PR and Social agency One Green Bean (ogb) has made three new appointments to its leadership team with the internal promotions of Amber Abbott, (née Lonergan) to head of client services, Hannah Stalder to head of creative services and Matt Hagias to the role of social and influencer lead (responsible for Co-maker, Havas Group’s influencer marketing team).

The three bring a combined 16 years service at ogb to their leadership roles after rising through the ranks of the agency, with 13 promotions between them. This move reflects the strategic direction of the agency, moving away from department heads and towards an integrated client-centric model.

Abbott has been promoted from group account director and has over 11 years of experience in the communication industry both in Sydney and London. This is Abbott’s fifth promotion in her seven-year career at ogb where she’s been responsible for delivering best-in-class, creative and results-driven campaigns for clients including Afterpay, ING, Nike, Red Bull, Tourism Australia, and Uber.

It’s also Stalder’s third promotion in her four years. She brings 10 years’ experience developing, leading and executing creative brand campaigns, coordinating large scale events and delivering integrated strategies for clients in the consumer lifestyle, retail, and consumer tech space.

It is the fifth promotion in five years for ogb digital specialist Hagias, who moves from senior account director – digital to take the reins as social and influencer lead. Before joining ogb in 2016, Hagias oversaw social strategy and platform management for the GWS Giants and comes from a background in journalism/ copy writing.

Simone Gupta, CEO Havas PR Australia, commented: “We are thrilled to be promoting these exceptional people from within the agency. It is a testament to both their individual talents and the agency as a workplace where talent is developed, recognised, rewarded and retained.”
