Tuesday TV Wrap: Can It Be? ABC Beats Seven & 10 In Primary Share

In a rare turn of events, ABC has beaten out both Seven and 10 in primary channel share on Tuesday night, according to OzTAM metro data.

Nine managed to take out the top spot took the primary channel share win with 21.2 per cent, while ABC came in second with 15.3 per cent. Seven was behind on 14.6 per cent, while 10 trailed with 8.8 per cent, and SBS did 5.5 per cent.

Nine’s The Block won the night in entertainment with 809,000 viewers, while ABC’s Anh’s Brush with Fame did a significant 716,000. Seven’s best was The Chase with 602,000. An Ambulance Australia repeat did 287,000 for 10.

Here’s how the rest of the night ran.

Nine

News did 910,000, A Current Affair did 678,000, Halifax: Retribution did 469,000 and Hot Seat did 494,000.

ABC

Over at the ABC, news did 784,000, 7.30 did 615,000, and Further Back in Time for Dinner did 591,000.

Seven 

News did 1.06m, Home & Away did 589,000 and Sunrise did 267,000.

The Project did 462,000 and 10 News First did 318,000.
