HWBK Retains Seven Miles & Secures Campaign Work With Marine Stewardship Council

Award-winning communications consultancy, History Will Be Kind (HWBK), has galvanised its portfolio by re-signing industry-leading client Seven Miles Coffee Roasters and securing key campaign work with the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).

A successful partnership with Seven Miles over the last 12 months saw the agency launch an Australian industry-first recycling program, through the green initiative ‘Seven Miles In The Right Direction’, and deliver best in class social strategy and content development. Despite the devastating effects of COVID-19 on the hospitality sector, consistency and quality work resulted in the agency being retained for the year ahead, kicking off activity with the launch of a new coffee brand this August.

Seven Miles Coffee Roasters CEO, Jenny Willits, commented, “HWBK has shown its commitment to delivering creative innovation and expertise through thick and thin. We’re a tight-knit family at Seven Miles, so to work hand-in-hand with such a passionate and dedicated team is tremendous.”

HWBK has also picked up the delivery of a key campaign for MSC, building on its relationship with the not-for-profit which previously saw the agency bring sustainable prawns into the spotlight with a ‘Christmas Prawns’ educational push. HWBK will now showcase shifting consumer awareness and buying habits around sustainable seafood, creating a memorable cross-channel campaign for the sustainability leader.

HWBK Founder, Emma-Jane (EJ) Granleese, said both Seven Miles and MSC represent the importance of driving long term communications partnership in a volatile market.

“Now more than ever, delivering consistency and quality in everything we do is key to maintaining incredible relationships with our clients. Our industry has been through the most challenging period I’ve ever experienced, so to be able to maintain such a diverse portfolio of top-tier brands is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our team.”

“While I am sure there will be more challenges to come, I’m confident HWBK is in the best possible shape to meet these with creativity and a determination to deliver exceptional work, and truly move the dial for our clients”.

Other key recent client growth for HWBK includes SBS On Demand, Google, Webjet ANZ and ISPT Property. HWBK is proudly part of the Deepend Group, an independent, digital communications and innovation consultancy group. The portfolio includes Deepend (Digital), How To Impact (Innovation), Nomad (Emerging Tech) and History Will Be Kind (Communications).
