Atomic 212° Wins Greater Bank’s Media
Australian independent media agency Atomic 212° today announced it has been appointed to the media advertising account of Greater Bank.
Greater Bank is one of Australia’s leading customer-owned banks, offering a range of award-winning financial services products with competitive rates and low fees. Today, Greater Bank services more than 270,000 customers across a broad geographic base within NSW and South-East Queensland.
The appointment of Atomic 212° to the multi-million dollar account represents a reunion: Greater Bank was a client for three years, until 2016.
Atomic 212° chief digital officer and partner, James Dixon (main photo), said: “We are delighted to renew our partnership with Greater Bank and look forward to helping build on the great success it has seen in recent years.
“Greater Bank has a compelling and clearly differentiated position in the banking category, as evidenced by its strong performance and the swag of industry awards it has collected over the past year. Everyone at Atomic 212° is very excited about working with Greater Bank again.”
In March 2019, Greater Bank collected nine awards, including the prestigious Home Lender Bank of the Year Award, in the 2019 Mozo Experts Choice Awards.
In addition, for the second consecutive year, Greater Bank took out the 2019 Home Lender of the Year as part of Money magazine’s 15th annual Consumer Finance Awards and was also recognised as the Most Recommended Customer-owned Bank at the 2019 DBM Australian Financial Awards announced in February 2019.
Greater Bank’s head of marketing and customer experience, Matthew Hingston, believes that Atomic 212° is a great fit for the bank and is looking forward to working with the team to build on their recent success.
“Greater Bank remains committed to delivering the continued success that we have experienced over the past four years since our transformation from a building society to a customer-owned bank,” he said.
“To achieve this, it is important that we partner with organisations and agencies that share our vision for innovation that will allow us to thrive in what is a highly competitive market and environment.
“Atomic 212° has a wonderful reputation for delivering innovative media solutions that gets results for their clients, which is why we are very much looking forward to building a prosperous partnership with them,” Mr Hingston said.
The new partnership with Greater Bank follows recent client wins and reappointments at Atomic 212° including Spirit of Tasmania, Tourism Northern Territory, the Northern Territory Government, Beyond Blue and Charles Darwin University.
