Wednesday TV Ratings: SBS’s Alone Australia Makes Its Debut

SBS’s survival documentary Alone Australia  made its debut last night with 203,000 metro viewers signing up for episode one and 220,000 viewers watching episode two.

This helped SBS win its biggest prime time audience of the year, with a share of 10.8 per cent.

Overall, it was a win for Seven last night, as Aussie staples Home and Away and The Chase  helped it gain a daily channel share of 26.3 per cent.

A total of 512,000 metro viewers signed up to watch The Chase , whilst 475,000 metro viewers signed up to watch Home and Away. 

The ABC’s Hard Quiz was the most-watched entertainment show of last night with 542,000 viewers signing up to watch.
