Talent Announces Appointment Of Two New Global Executives

Talent has announced two key acquisitions, with Georgia Kelaher joining the company as global chief people officer and Megan Woodbury (pictured) joining as global chief financial officer.

Kelaher’s role is effective immediately, while Woodbury will start from July 1st, 2022. Yaron Segal, the current global chief financial officer at Talent, will transition into a global chief commercial officer role effective from the same date.

Both Kelaher and Woodbury will work closely with Talent’s global CEO Mark Nielsen as part of their new roles, focusing on both domestic and international growth.

Kelaher joins Talent from Nearmap following an extensive career in People & Culture leadership roles. She will be working with our People & Culture team across all locations that Talent operates in, leading the global execution of P&C initiatives in alignment with Talent’s growth ambitions and drive for innovation and ideation.

Woodbury joins Talent from Adcorp Holdings following an extensive career in finance and CSuite roles. She will work closely with Talent’s global finance team, and the wider leadership team.

In her role she will be responsible for managing the financial growth of the global Talent business, working on initiatives with the Talent Board to further enhance financial outcomes, and leading global strategies within Talent, Avec, Solutions, and Talent RISE.

Commenting on the appointment, Megan Woodbury said: “I am thrilled to be joining the Talent team
at such an exciting time in the company’s growth. I am looking forward to leveraging my experience to
provide value to the business and the talented individuals that make up the Talent team.”

Yaron Segal, Talent global chief financial officer, will transition into his new role as global chief
commercial officer on July 1st, 2022. Yaron will be responsible for ensuring Talent’s digital platforms
and systems are globalised and match the growth expectations of the group. He will also be
responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of Talent’s core delivery capability, maximising returns on
Talent’s service streams and working with the leadership team on ad-hoc commercial initiatives.

On the transition, Yaron Segal commented: “After being in the Global Chief Financial role for 7 years,
I am excited to be moving into a new role to further drive the growth of the business. I also look
forward to working with Megan and Georgia and ensuring they are both seamlessly inducted into the
business.”
