Barossa-based wine company Pepperjack Wines will work with the AFL on new opportunities, including branding deals and their very own content series.
Joining their existing ‘When Character Counts’ campaign, the new partnership will use the tagline ‘proudly pairing Australia’s #1 game with Australia’s #1 Shiraz.’
They will also have a hand in a brand-new content segment, ‘Friday Night Kickoffs’, which will see host Dylan Buckley having a relaxed chat with members of the sport on Friday afternoons.

AFL executive general manager of customer & commercial, Kylie Rogers, added: “There is a natural
alignment, with both the AFL and Pepperjack sharing a passion for bringing people together to celebrate
the footy community and the diverse stories from within it.”
Whilst the label leads with its signature Barossa Shiraz, Pepperjack’s portfolio has evolved over the years
and now features an array of dynamic wines including Chardonnay, Sangiovese, Malbec and most
recently a Grenache Rosé.
