One Daydream Expands Into Alcohol Category

Sydney and Melbourne based PR, Talent & Digital agency One Daydream has extended its client portfolio to include alcohol.

The category expansion comes as One Daydream joins the agency roster of Pernod Ricard, working on a project basis to manage strategic PR and digital campaigns.

The global drinks group boasts one of the most comprehensive and prestigious portfolios on the market, covering every category of wine and spirits.

On the appointment, One Daydream CEO & Founder Pru Corrigan says, “We are thrilled to be working with Pernod Ricard to promote such a robust portfolio of truly iconic brands, as well as launching exciting new innovations to the market.”

“We have traditionally played in the beauty and fashion category, however our expansion into alcohol was a long-time coming. We see major opportunities for the alcohol sector to utilise the progressive marketing strategies that are so successful in beauty especially, which as a sector is ahead of the curve.”

The agency continues its foray into alcohol after recently launching multi-beverage brand Batch & Co.

Originally released as a line of non-alcoholic mixers the company has gone from strength to strength,  launching a highly successful wine based Spritz-in-a-can range that now retails across Qantas Business Class lounges, David Jones Food Stores, Dan Murphy’s and select BWS stores.

One Daydream managed the launch of Batch & Co via a national PR and digital campaign, with a strong focus on virtual events and influencer marketing.

Pru Corrigan says, “We look forward to the ongoing evolution and growth of our alcohol portfolio as we continue to cement our credentials and expertise in this area. There is so much innovation happening in booze and it’s an incredibly exciting space to be playing in.”
