MediaCom Invests In Creativity & Strategy, Bolsters National Strategy Team

As part of a new strategic community, MediaCom has brought together data and analytics within their strategic capability, to drive greater data lead strategy, innovation and creativity.

MediaCom has today announced three key appointments including those of Rob Frost (featured image, far left), managing partner, head of strategy Sydney, and Marine Turner (centre left), and Alison Luxmore (centre right) as group strategy directors.

The supercharging of the strategy team will take the agency’s strategic product to new heights, and will fuel great client work, help accelerate client’s growth, by helping clients ‘See the Bigger Picture’. The new hires are instrumental in continuing to elevate the strategic value MediaCom brings to its clients.

Frost, Turner and Luxmore but will join MediaCom’s existing high performance national strategy team led by Sophie Price (far right), CSO, alongside Tyler Greer, head of strategy, Melbourne, and Hannah McAuslane, group strategy director, Brisbane, to deliver strategic, data led insights and thought leadership for clients.

MediaCom’s data fuelled national strategy team will accelerate the value MediaCom brings to its clients by using a robust strategic proposition, data led insights and thought leadership for its national portfolio of clients.

Frost is relocating from New York to Sydney, where his most recent role was leading strategy globally for Uber and Hotels.com for MediaCom USA. Within his new remit, he will be responsible for leading the Sydney strategy team, ensuring strategic excellence for clients, with a particular focus on Uber and eBay.

Meanwhile, Luxmore is returning to the agency after maternity leave. She is a well-respected strategist both internally and externally amongst MediaCom’s clients. As group strategy director, Luxmore will partner with clients to identify opportunities for brand growth and will develop fresh insights that will lead to innovative media solutions. Luxmore will also work across all Sydney clients but will have a particular focus on Bayer and Hasbro.

Turner is also returning to MediaCom Australia after a 7-year stint at MediaCom UK. Turner will provide communications strategy for Sydney based clients, whilst also providing strategic thought leadership for the agency. Turner will have a particular focus on MediaCom Sydney’s MARS and Coca Cola clients.

All appointments are effective immediately and will see Frost, Turner and Luxmore report to Sophie Price, CSO MediaCom AUNZ.
