Carat has announced Adam Marshall has been appointed to the role of managing director of its Perth operation.

Reporting to Carat CEO Simon Ryan, Adam will oversee the Perth office, replacing industry veteran Alan Matthews, as he heads into retirement.

The appointment is a major coup for Carat and Dentsu Aegis Network who have been looking for a replacement for Matthews for some time.

Speaking of the appointment, Simon Ryan CEO of Carat Australia & New Zealand said, “We are excited to have Adam on board to lead our Carat Perth Office. Our Carat Perth office goes from strength to strength including winning the Campaign Media Agency of the year only a few weeks ago so we are certainly well positioned for our clients and future growth.  Adam is an accomplished individual with the credentials to match what is a very important market for our clients and Carat.”

Marshall added, “Carat is a dominant force in the Perth market and I am honoured to be taking over the reins from Alan as he heads into retirement.  I look forward to getting to know the team and the Carat Perth clients, and growing the business over the coming years.”
