Startup Dovetail Pinches Fellow Startup Zoomo’s Head of Marketing, Tom Mansfield

Tom Mansfield, former global head of marketing at Aussie startup Zoomo has joined fellow startup Dovetail as its head of marketing.

Mansfield will take charge of Dovetail’s brand marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, and community functions. The role will also oversee Dovetail’s popular digital content platform for product and design people, Outlier.

“Dovetail is one of those special, once-in-a-decade software businesses that can completely shift the way that companies create value in the world. The opportunity to join at such a pivotal time is incredibly exciting and energising” Mansfield said.

Mansfield served as Zoomo’s global head of marketing. Prior to that, he served as a Marketing Director at Visa.

Dovetail has a list of prominent clients including Atlassian, Canva, and Nike and raised US$63 million in Series A funding last January.

Dovetail’s head of go-to-market Brian Swift said, “It’s going to be an incredibly exciting year for us as we continue to grow the business globally and we are thrilled to have Tom join us to lead the marketing team to new heights.”
