Lisa Wilkinson Scrubbed From Witness List In Brittany Higgins’ Trial

Lisa Wilkinson is no longer being called as a witness in the trial of the man accused of raping Brittany Higgin.

Higgins has accused Bruce Lerhmann of sexually assaulting her. He has denied these claims.

Previously Wilkinson had been listed as one of the witnesses to give evidence in the high-profile trial.

Wilkinson famously interviewed Higgins on The Project, where the former Liberal staffer shared allegations she made against the accused.

Wilkinson, also famously delayed the trial when she mentioned the case during her Logies acceptance speech.

However, according to news.com.auan updated witness list was released on Thursday, revealing that Wilkinson’s name had been removed from the witness list.

The trial is expected to end sometime next week.
