Heinz Sauces Get The Royal Treatment And Are Renamed In Honour Of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

This year marks the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and condiments brand Heinz is arguably celebrating harder than anyone!

The Platinum Jubilee marks 70 years of a monarch’s reign and Queen Elizabeth II is the first British monarch to reach the milestone – Go, Liz!

Naturally, The Royal Family will be pulling out all the spots to celebrate but they may have been outdone by Heinz.

Heinz has announced that in honour of The Queen’s Jubilee it will be renaming its sauce, ‘Salad Cream’ to ‘Heinz Salad Queen.’ And ‘HP’ sauce has become ‘HM’ sauce as in Her Majesty.

The new names also come with a new tagline, “Eat like a Queen!”

I mean look it’s clever!

No word yet on if the Queen has said she feels honoured by the tribute.

But who doesn’t love some sauce?

And you have to give it to Heinz they’ve cleverly capitalised on this marketing opportunity. Sadly the sauces are only available in UK supermarkets.

So if you are desperate for a taste of royal sauce you’ll probably have to head to eBay.
