Global creator company Jellysmack has today announced that it has signed an additional 13 of Australia and New Zealand’s most influential content creators, taking its stable to 24 in under five months.

In 2021, Jellysmack launched its popular Creator Program in Australia and New Zealand, prioritising the region as a key growth market within the $US100 billion ‘creator economy’.

The Jellysmack Creator Program leverages the company’s proprietary AI technology and first-party data to help individual video creators grow their audiences across multiple social platforms.

Once a creator joins, Jellysmack uses its suite of tech tools and team of experts to edit, optimise, and distribute videos onto Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube on behalf of the creator, thereby establishing new revenue streams.

The Creator Program currently has more than 500 of the world’s most influential creators as partners, including megastars PewDiePie, MrBeast, Bailey Sarian, and Nas Daily.

The new local content creators partnering with Jellysmack include: Flying The Nest, EddieVR, Pask Makes, Andy’s Fishing Wild Cook, Cavy Fishing, Shelee Art, Bin Living with Big B, BigstackD Castings, TigerTomato, Gilly Kube, Eystreem and Kiwi creators Indigo Traveller and Nela Zisser.

Jellysmack Australia and New Zealand country manager, Ezechiel Ritchie, said, “We are delighted to welcome another 12 popular video content creators to Jellysmack. All have diverse content, from gaming to cooking, artists, fishing, and travel and even a competitive eater!

“The Australian and New Zealand content creator market is rich with local talent, who not only attract local followers but also subscribers from around the world.

“This means their content is very exportable to international markets, which opens up Jellysmack’s ability to generate additional audiences and revenue for the creators across all social media platforms.”

Jellysmack announced its international expansion strategy in May last year, after the company secured funding from tech venture capital company, SoftBank.

Jellysmack has since appointed former Expedia executive Laurent Hulin as general manager APAC.
