In support of Mental Health Awareness month, Energx is partnering with UnLtd, Never Not Creative, and the Independent Media Agencies of Australia (IMAA) to provide free mental health training for small companies and freelancers.

How To Boost Your Happy Hormones’ will be hosted by TEDx speaker, mental health advocate and CEO of Energx, Sean Hall (pictured) on Friday October 22nd at 9:00am AEDT.

Hall’s masterclass will delve into the anti-burnout skill of ‘Energy Intelligence’, with practical strategies to get your happy hormones flowing, boost mood and disrupt feelings of stress and overwhelm.

The collaboration was created to address the training gap for small businesses and freelancers with limited access to comprehensive mental health training. The free session is available to companies with less than 20 people or freelancers and is being pushed out through the IMAA and Never Not Creative networks.

You can register your interest for the event here: https://app.livestorm.co/streamtime/boost-your-happy-hormones?type=detailed

IMAA general manager Sam Buchanan commented: “Mental health and wellbeing affects everyone no matter what size organisation you’re in. But up until now, there’s been little support and training for those smaller players.”

“The sum of those smaller players make up a huge chunk of our industry. We’re grateful to Energx for this pro bono support and proud to have partnered with UnLtd and Never Not Creative on this great initiative to boost the mental wellbeing of independent agencies and freelancers across adland.”

Energx CEO Sean Hall added: “Mental health and wellbeing is having an impact on all parts of our industry and it’s incumbent upon us as leaders to offer support and training for as many people as possible.”

“Independent media agencies comprise a significant part of our industry. We’re grateful to Energx for this pro bono support and are proud to have partnered with UnLtd and Never Not Creative on this great initiative to boost the mental wellbeing of independent agencies and freelancers across the industry.”
