Network 10’s Pilot Week, where a new show airs every night before the public vote on which get commissioned, is returning for a third season.

In a press release, 10 said they are “once again on the lookout for a fresh crop of original unscripted local shows with a distinct Aussie flair.”

Pilot Week “will give local storytellers the opportunity to present bold and diverse programs to a prime-time audience.”

According to 10, the ideal shows will complement the network’s current slate of top TV – or they “might be something entirely new to the viewing landscape.”

Daniel Monaghan, Head of Programming, 10 ViacomCBS, said: “We are thrilled to see the return of Pilot Week this year. It is such a great opportunity to showcase creative projects from our talented production community, and then determine what resonates the most with our audience.”

“Pilot Week has resulted in a number of the pilots being commissioned for full seasons, and we expect this season to be no different. We can’t wait to get started.”

The last four shows to be commissioned in Pilot Week were TabooKinne TonightTrial By Kyle and Bring Back Saturday Night
