Leos Thailand Wins For One Of The Craziest Anti-Alcohol Campaigns Ever Made

Easily one of the most underrated countries for clever creative has to be the agencies of Thailand.

And, as if to confirm it, comes a crazy new anti-drinking campaign via Leo Burnett for Thailand’s Health Promotion Foundation.

Clearly worried by a spike in alcohol consumption during CV-19 and the risk of alcohol addiction, the wonderful new ad plays like a D-grade 70s martial arts film.

A lead “master” offers five easy tips to cut down on the grog while two other actors role play his advice with hilarious consequences.

Anti-alcohol ads and humour typically go down about as well as a teetotaller at a buck’s party, however, the Thais have certainly nailed it with this one.
