Wednesday TV Wrap: America’s Got Talent Helps Seven Win Another Night

Seven has won the night across all key demos for the second night in a row, and that’s without the help of Big Brother or the AFL.

Seven took the crown across primary channel (20.5 per cent), all channels (28.9 per cent), and the two key demos (25-54 and 16-39), according to OzTAM metro numbers.

Across all channels, Nine did 24.1 per cent, 10 did 19.2 per cent, ABC did 18.0 per cent and SBS did 9.9 per cent.

Seven’s best entertainment for the night was Home and Away, Nine did the goods with Hot Seat (590,000), while 10’s best for the night was Bondi Rescue. The ABC’s Julia Zemiro’s Home Delivery enjoyed 475,000.

Here’s how the rest of the night ran:

Nine

News did 1.01m, ACA did 664,000 and a Kath & Kim repeat did 333,000.

10

The Project did 530,000, Bondi Rescue episode 2 did 433,000 and 10 News First did 398,000.

Seven

News did 1.10m, The Chase did 644,000 and America’s Got Talent did 525,000.

ABC

News did 787,000, 7.30 did 580,000 and At Home Alone Together did 356,000.

Primary channel share

Seven won the night with 20.5 per cent, Nine did 15.8 per cent, 10 did 11.0 per cent while ABC did 13.4 per cent and SBS did 5.8 per cent.
