Brand Design Agency ET Collective Launches New Pro-Bono Initiative To Empower Female Businesses

Brand agency ET Collective has launched a new pro-bono initiative ‘WomenKind’ to empower female businesses.

ET Collective is a creative brand studio based in Surry Hills, founded by Creative Directors Elza Avery & Tania Fausti.

With clients such as Westpac, HESTA, Little Wings and NSW Fire + Rescue and more. Elza & Tania have been successfully running their own female-led business for ten years this year.

To celebrate this milestone, ET Collective is launching ‘WomenKind’, a pro-bono initiative designed to help female entrepreneurs and/or businesses dedicated to helping women with their own brand. Every year, for the next ten years, ET Collective will commit to helping one eligible business build their brand identity – free of charge.

The brand identity package will be tailored to the selected business’s needs and will include items such as tagline, logo, colour palette and more.

“As we celebrate our 10 years in business, we want to take the opportunity to give back to other women, to help them pursue their own passions and business ideas. Having our own business has given us the freedom and flexibility to do what we love and create a balance for a happy life. We are looking forward to seeing the applications and hope that we can help WomenKind for good!” say Elza & Tania.

Who can apply for the WomenKind initiative?

  • Must be a female-run business or a business devoted to the empowerment of women
  • Has a mission to improve society
  • Is registered with an ABN and operating as a business or a registered charitable organisation
  • Has between 2 and 15 staff
  • Additionally, as we launch this initiative during a time of great upheaval due to Covid-19 – if your business has suffered extensively please include this in your entry submission, as this will also be considered.

How to apply?

Please note that the judging process will be at ET Collective’s discretion.
