The UK’s CV-19 “Alert System” Looks Like Nando’s Peri-Ometer & It’s Making People Very Hungry Indeed

No one knows the dangers of coronavirus quite like British prime minister Boris Johnson after he almost died from it.

Thankfully, the goodly PM has recovered and is back running the country.

On Sunday night Johnson addressed the British people via TV address to give them a rundown on CV-19 and preparations to end lockdowns in parts of the country.

However, one of the graphics during the PM’s speech caught many viewers’ eye.

It was a colour-coded COVID alert system that many quickly pointed out had remarkable similarities to chicken burger chain Nando’s’ famous “Peri-Ometer” that details the hotness of its burgers to customers.

And soon the social media memes began to flow. Many suggesting the similarity in the colour charts were making them very hungry for some of Nando’s famed grilled bird.
