X-Rated Gaffe Plagues The Royal Family’s Official Website

London, England - June 13, 2015: Queen Elizabeth II in an open carriage with Prince Philip for trooping the colour 2015 to mark the Queens official birthday, London, UK

It’s been a tough few months for the Royal Family.

With Harry and Meghan leaving Buckingham Palace and Prince Andrew in the papers for all the wrong reasons, the Royals didn’t need any more bad press.

Unfortunately for the Queen and co., they have been hit with a new ‘scandal’ this week involving their official website.

For a short time, the Royal.uk website was redirecting users to a Chinese porn page instead of one of the family’s charity partners, Welsh charity Dolen Cymru, of which Prince Harry is a patron.

The page said: “The Wales-Lesotho link began in 1985 and has developed educational links, wider young people’s links, health, churches, women’s organisations”.

However, the link to the website took users to a site offering live sex shows, rather than the charity’s homepage.

The Palace did not comment on the gaffe, however, it was quickly rectified after the Daily Mail brought it to their attention.
