Could you think of anything more romantic than sharing a night with you, your partner and six million dead people? AirBnB is running a Halloween contest for the chance to win a night in the world’s largest grave- the Paris Catacombs.

The winning couple will sleep in the Catacombs on Halloween night October 31st. The prize includes a private visit to the Catacombs with its curator, a private dinner for two with live music, a sleep over in the tombs, breakfast the next morning and round trip to Paris.

The winning couple will be the only living people to have ever woken up in the Catacombs of Paris.

The website warns participants that “the Catacombs are 20 meters underground (130 steps to the starting point). The temperature in the Catacombs is about 14 ° C.

“Pets not allowed. Anyway, there will already be a monster under your bed

“Please respect the tranquility of your Parisian neighbors, living and dead.

“Do not forget your toothbrush and pajamas, especially if they glow in the dark.”

Do you dare? All you need to do is explain, in 100 words-French or English- why you think you have the courage to sleep in the Catacombs. Click here to give it a go.
