World War D: Fleshing Out Digital For Young Marketers

It’s a call to arms. digital arms that is. with leading digital marketers sounding the clarion call on getting young marketers, advertisers and creatives in Melbourne up to speed on digital marketing.

ADMA’s Victorian 30Below community is organising World War D, a panel event featuring digital movers and shakers who will offer advice on developing effective and engaging digital marketing strategies that young marketers can quickly apply to their work.

“Young marketers have asked for help in understanding the digital sphere better as it’s become ever more prominent in marketing today, so we have assembled experts in the field to help them learn more about this industry and current trends,” said ADMA CEO Jodie Sangster.

This event has been re-scheduled from May.

Featured speakers:

  • Paul Strike – Co-Founder, Creative Director at bDigital. Paul’s expertise lies in driving key business initiatives across connected devices, including mobile, tablet and desktop environments, as well as new and emerging technologies.
  • Lauren Lever – Co-Founder, Creative Director at bDigital, describes herself as part creative, part geek and part strategist, and has over 13 years’ experience in interactive/digital design in the UK and Australia.
  • Simon O’Day – Vice President of Global at Emma. Simon leads Emma’s expansion of email and marketing automation software to the global SME market, having previously built Eservices (now Oracle Marketing Cloud) into the largest email marketing software and services provider in APAC.
  • Shane Brown – Account Director of Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn. Shane has extensive knowledge across multi-platform media including TV, radio, digital and OOH and has represented a list of iconic and leading media brands in Australia.
