Indie Agency All Or Nothing Adds Two New Senior Creative Hires

Independent creative agency All Or Nothing has added to its team with Seamus Fagan and Shyaire Ganglani joining as associate creative directors this September.

The team first met at Thinkerbell in Melbourne where the chemistry was strong. Now they have a chance to work together as a team and also run their own projects and clients. The agency has continued to see clients ready to change the world step forward and look for world-class creative. Shy and Seamus will be a large part of that work.

Ganglani (lead image) said: “While it’s fun to write ads selling cars or snacks or smartphones, there’s always been something missing. All or Nothing fills in the gap for me. Writing and creating work for causes you believe in just hits different.”

Fagan (pictured below) added: “When I looked around All or Nothing seemed like the place where I could make a difference. They put the idea of doing good by the world first which is a great mentality and I am excited to get to work.”

The team will work with existing clients and new business across purpose-led brands, sustainable business and activism in Australia and the region. ‘I think they’ll be a force for good and offer something Australian clients don’t often get: wild creativity on jobs that matter to us all,’ says agency owner Warren Davies.

“Seamus is the yin to my yang,” added Ganglani. “I couldn’t be more excited to be partnered with him and I’m sure he’ll bring heaps to our drawing board. No pun intended.”

Fagan said: “Shy and I couldn’t be more different and yet cut from the same cloth. I am excited to work with such a talented copywriter – plus she is pretty punny which is a bonus in the world of advertising,”

The team is already on board and working with agency clients today.
