Red Havas Appoints Alex Bryant To Executive Director

Red Havas has announced the appointment of Alexandra Bryant to the newly created position of executive director for Sydney PR. She will also join the agency’s national senior leadership team.

The role sees Bryant lead Red Havas Sydney PR team, taking responsibility for the performance, growth and operations, including driving people and culture initiatives, leading new business, and providing senior client counsel across the agency’s consumer, B2B and tech portfolios.

Bryant brings extensive agency and client-side experience to the role. Prior to joining Red Havas, she was managing partner and creative principal of Finchco Agency (formerly Map and Page), where she managed agency operations as well as new business, strategy and creative across all clients, including Westpac, Menulog, Fujifilm Instax, Mad Mex and Repurpose it.

She has also worked in-house in a range of marketing, communications and HR-based roles for the likes of Westpac and Colgate-Palmolive.

The agency’s unique culture and strong client roster was a compelling combination that attracted Bryant to the role, she said: “Red Havas has long had a reputation for working with some of Australia’s best and biggest brands and brightest minds.

Beyond her agency role, Bryant is also a board director for not-for-profit Little Wings that provides transport so sick children and their families can access medical services across regional and rural NSW.

Red Havas recently announced the appointment of Haylie Marchant to the role of executive director, Red Havas Brisbane to lead the agency to drive growth in the Brisbane market. Marchant has also joined the Red Havas senior leadership team.
