Are Media Announces Five Partners As Easter With The Australian Women’s Weekly Returns To The 10 Network
After a successful first year, Easter with The Australian Women’s Weekly is returning to Network 10, with Are Media announcing Harris Scarfe, Bakers Delight, Kuvings Appliances, Kikkoman, and The Smith Family as commercial partners.
The one-hour TV special will air on Network 10 in the lead up to Easter and once again features the mouthwatering recipes, fashion, and craft ideas you need to make the Easter holidays a huge success.
The Australian Women’s Weekly will integrate the five partners across television, print, social and digital channels.
Nicole Byers, editor-in-chief of The Australian Women’s Weekly said: “We were delighted with how well the inaugural Easter with The Weekly TV special was received across the country, and couldn’t be happier to be working with Network 10 to celebrate all things Easter once again. We’ve assembled a great team of experts to ensure the festivities go off with a bang, and I want to thank all our brilliant sponsors for helping to make it happen.”
Simon Burrett, GM marketing of Harris Scarfe said: “Collaborating with a premier, heritage brand in The Weekly has played a key role in telling the renewal story of Harris Scarfe. The Easter special provides a unique platform to celebrate our core areas of cooking, fashion and home and the team has done a fantastic job delivering for us.”
Yukio Mogi, managing director at Kikkoman Australia added: “Easter with The Australian Women’s Weekly and the sponsorship with Are Media provides us with the audience reach we’re looking for with this campaign. Coupled with The Weekly’s long-standing reputation for delivering trusted recipes for families across Australia, this partnership was an obvious one for us.”
Studio10’s Sarah Harris and The Living Room’s Barry Du Bois will present the special, which will include celebrity chefs Miguel Maestre, Poh Ling Yeow and Sarah Tiong, alongside The Australian Women’s Weekly iconic test kitchen team.
MasterChef Australia judge Jock Zonfrillo will share his tips for a fun Easter and introduce viewers to the newest member of his family. We also pay a visit to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’s Toni Pearen as she swaps her jungle gear for some gloss and glamour.
Tamara Simoneau, executive producer of Studio 10 and Easter with The Australian Women’s Weekly on 10 said: “Easter 2021 is definitely one to do well after what we experienced this time last year when the country was starting down what would be a very long, tough road. The Weekly team, along with some of Network 10’s finest have pulled out all the stops for a very special celebration.”
Rachael Brand, head of brand entertainment production ViacomCBS said: “Our collaboration with the talented Weekly team and their partners continues to grow as we once again bring the magazine to life on 10, this time for Easter. The team has some brilliant Easter recipes and tips to share, and we get an exclusive look behind the scenes of the magazine with celebrity interviews and photoshoots…throw in some eggcellent egg puns for good measure and what’s not to love?”
Easter with The Australian Women’s Weekly airs on Saturday, 27 March at 6.30pm on 10 and WIN.
