Afterpay Team Up With Melbourne Fashion Festival For Digital Runway Series

The Melbourne Fashion Festival (MFF) has announced that Buy Now Pay Later company Afterpay will be the Presenting Partner of MFF’s Digital Runway series.

The Digital Runway series is part of the ten-day Fashion Festival, which is celebrating its 25th year. It will be held from the 11-20th March 2021.

The aim of the Digital Runway series is to appeal to fashion consumers, allowing them to connect with brands and shop the runway. Each runway has been filmed in accordance with COVIDSafe guidelines advised by the Government and feature some of Melbourne’s most iconic locations. It has been produced by InDIGITAL, who previously produced runways from Burberry, Tom Ford, Zimmermann, and more.

Each runway will feature a range of established and up-and-coming designers.

Runway One on March 13 will showcase A.BCH, búl, E Nolan, HoMie, jac + mooki, Kalaurie, KUWAII, MNDATORY & Ngali.

Runway Three on March 16 will feature MATICEVSKI, Paolo Sebastian and Steven Khalil.

Runway Five on March 18 will showcase Auteur Studio, COMMAS, ESSE, Jacinta James, Joslin and MATIN.

The Digital Runway will be free events, available to stream anywhere in the world, and consumers will be able to shop the runway with Afterpay, splitting purchases into four fortnightly payments.
