Unseeable ‘Naked Woman’ Logo Changed After Police Complaint

Myntra, an Indian fashion website, has had to change its logo after a police complaint that the M shaped logo “resembled a naked woman”.

While it might take you a second to clock the similarities, once you do, they are truly unseeable.

In the complaint, the logo was described as “insulting and offensive towards women”. Myntra have changed the colourway of the logo  a subtle change that eradicates any reference to the female form. That being said, other brands with M shaped logos might now be quivering in their boots.

The logo change was. of course, immediately memeified by Twitter.

Perhaps McDonald’s will now add a pair of shorts to the golden arches.
