Deepend Group Divests Melbourne Operations

Deepend Groupis entering a new phase of development, shifting focus to build strength across its four core properties.

The focus will include the leading specialist agencies Deepend (digital), How To Impact (innovation), Nomad (creative technology) and History Will Be Kind (creative communications)

As part of this development, the parent company TSD Pty Limited (Deepend Group) today divested the Melbourne operations of Deepend, along with its 50 per cent stake in VERSA to its co-founder Kath Blackham.

Group founder and CEO Matt Griffin (feature image) comments: “Deepend has been at the forefront of the digital agency landscape for over 20 years and after a stellar 10 years in Melbourne, Kath and I have decided to part ways to explore our own paths.

“The operations of VERSA and the Melbourne operations of Deepend, are being rolled into VERSA which will be led by Kath.

“It will be business as usual for the team.”

Having built a stellar team in Melbourne, Blackham comments: “I’m very excited about the next chapter and am looking forward to sharing details of this in the coming weeks.”

Nationally, the headquarters for Deepend will remain in Sydney and continue to build its focus on seamless customer experience, with a consistent and strong connection to engineering in order to deliver value-driven work for clients.
