Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner AFDigital has recently appointed 28x Salesforce certified Bibhu Pati as its new Salesforce CRM Practice Director, promoted from his existing role as Salesforce Technical Solution Architect.
After leading AFDigital’s many CRM customers to success over the last 12 months as Technical Architect, Bibhu has contributed tremendously to the success of the company’s CRM implementation projects. From presales to go-live, he has been an integral part of AFDigital’s end-to-end project process.
The strategic decision to promote Bibhu to this new role sprung from AFDigital’s goal to consciously go beyond their Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice and build a stronger and evolving CRM practice, across the diverse Salesforce CRM product offering.
“We’ve always been known as a specialist for Marketing Cloud. We have had capabilities to bring value to Core CRM customers for some time now, more than what the market realizes. [Bibhu’s promotion] quickly anchors the message that we are a multi-cloud partner, capable of bringing value to customers,” AFDigital President Elmer Tagarino said.
Now with his new role as Salesforce CRM Practice Director, Bibhu will focus more on finding the most strategic ways to grow AFDigital’s CRM practice to a larger scale, discovering new business ventures and rising Salesforce technologies to bring AFDigital’s practice to a whole new level.
“My first target is for our CRM practice to be in that same position that we have in terms of recognition as a Marketing Cloud partner,” said Bibhu. Apart from strengthening the skill set and depth of knowledge of its team members on the CRM side, AFDigital is also targeting to invest in other capabilities such as Mulesoft and AWS — with their ultimate goal of being the one-stop-shop for anything Salesforce and delivering the best solutions to their customers.
“One of our values is GROWTH. So Bibhu’s promotion is us really showing our team and the community that we truly value growth. Bibhu is a very strong technical architect, and we believe in his capability to help us make that growth real,” said Elmer.
