TV Reporter Gets Hit By A Car During A Live Cross — And Continues Reporting!

An American TV reporter has become the toast of the internet after being struck by a car during a live cross only to get straight back up and continue her report.

Tori Yorgey was reporting live for TV network WSAZ on a burst water main in Dunbar in West Virginia that was causing traffic chaos when the incident occurred.

Yorgey was struck by a passing SUV but quickly rebounded to her feet to continue her report.

“Oh my God. I just got by a car, but I’m okay!” she said before her camera topples to the ground.

“You know that’s live TV for ya!” she then joked.

“It’s all good! I actually got hit by a car in college too just like that. I am so glad I’m okay!”

In the clip the female driver who hit her is heard apologising and Yorgey replied, “Ma’am, you’re so sweet, and you are okay.”

Yorgey said to her co-host in the studio Tim Irr, “That woman was so nice though. She didn’t mean to. It was an accident and I know it was” before going straight back into her report.
