Danone’s high protein brand, YoPRO, has announced its new partnership with the AFL and unveiled flagstone AFL athlete ambassadors Christian Petracca, Isaac Quaynor and Maddy Prespakis.
The partnership is the latest iteration of YoPRO’s “Every Millimetre Matters” campaign, with the high protein, no added sugar yoghurt fuelling AFL athletes and the community to help make every kick, handball and mark matter.

YoPRO’s AFL partnership follows the huge success of the 2020 Australian Olympic Team partnership, with YoPRO being named as the “Official Yoghurt of the AFL”.
“As an athlete it is vital that I take care of my body with the right fuel. YoPRO yoghurt is the perfect option for me as it’s packed with natural protein and has no added sugar, helping my performance on and off the field,” said Petracca.
On the new partnership, YoPRO’s senior brand manager, Xavier Gonzalez said, “YoPRO is proud to announce our partnership with the AFL as its “Official Yoghurt”. As a brand that puts nutrition and peak performance at the core of our mission, it made sense to partner with Australian Football and to fuel the journey of the incredible athletes on the field and all footy fanatics Australia-wide.”
AFL general manager commercial and sales, Peta Webster added, “The AFL is delighted to welcome Danone’s YoPRO as the first “Official Yoghurt” of the AFL. We are proud to align with a brand like YoPRO that places supporting Australian sports and athletes at the heart of what they do, and we look forward to working with them throughout the year.”
