Havas Group’s specialist entertainment communications agency, Organic Pacific has bolstered its team, announcing three appointments following a rush of new business just three months after opening.
Organic Pacific’s growing client needs sees Colette Cordes (main photo, far left) join as senior account director, Alyce Christiansen (far right) as account manager and Orla Doyle (centre, left) as account executive.
Cordes’ 13-year global career as a communications specialist has seen her develop campaigns and storytelling strategies for some of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands including, LEGO, Warner Bros. and HBO. She also spent four years as The Walt Disney Company’s communications manager in London.
Cordes joins Organic Pacific after almost three years leading global communications for Camplify.
Meanwhile, Christiansen spent the past four years working in communications across entertainment, arts and sport for clients including Roadshow Films, Melbourne Theatre Company and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.
She has worked on dynamic campaigns for Warner Bros, including the company’s first global fan event, DC FanDome, and 2019 film Joker.
Doyle is an AFTRS graduate and emerging screenwriter and director.
Her showreel includes short films, music videos and online drama series, while her experience working as a marketing assistant means she is finely attuned to the need to deliver results as well as great creative.

The fast-growing Sydney-based operation launched as Organic’s Asia-Pacific arm in October 2021, joining the group’s multi-territory operations in London and Los Angeles to bring innovative publicity and social media services to content creators and distributors in film, television and gaming across Australia and New Zealand.
Since then, Organic Pacific has won The Alliance Francaise Film Festival 2022, an Academy Award campaign for Peter Skinner directed short film LOST BOY, the launch of podcast series Crime Interrupted in partnership with the AFP, leading Australian podcast Case File and Host/Havas, along with projects for industry heavyweights Roadshow Films and Universal Pictures.
