Global independent creative agency, AnalogFolk has appointed Catherine Reay as managing partner of its Sydney office, a new role for the agency.
The appointment follows significant growth for the agency, including new and organic client wins.
Reay now joins the leadership team with responsibility for client service, as well as broader business and product strategy for the agency.
The New Zealand native was previously at The Works for six years, most recently as operations director, and has more than a decade of experience working in agencies in Australia, New Zealand and the UK including Y&R, iris worldwide and JWT.
“Cat brings with her truly global industry experience across award-winning agencies and campaigns, and just like us, she is passionate about creating solutions and ideas that move the world forward,” said AnalogFolk partner and managing director, Matt Robinson.

AnalogFolk has notched up a number of awards in the past 12 months, including a Gold Award at the APAC Effies, while client wins have included AfterPay, News Corp, Linktree and NSW Government.
Reay’s appointment is effective immediately.
