Applications are open for the ‘See It Be It’ talent program at Cannes Lions 2023.
This year, the program is looking for 16 women, trans-identifying, and non-binary people to make up the cohort.
As well as helping to boost inclusivity and achieve equal gender representation within the advertising sector, See It Be It cohort members will receive an all-access Festival pass, travel to and from Cannes, and accommodation courtesy of the Festival.
An exclusive programme of events and mentoring workshops with industry leaders is also available for cohort members.
Applications close on 13 February and the organisers have created a set of Core Values that outline what they are looking for in the 2023 cohort. This year, the See It Be It team are after cohort members that embody community, creativity, and empowerment within the work.
The program was launched in 2014 by Cannes Lions and, over the past nine years, has elevated a worldwide community of more than 100 creatives helping to drive change within the industry.
