“Filthy Aussie Covid Carriers” The Project’s Steve Price Kicks Off Over Potential Travel Restrictions

The Project‘s Steve Price has blown up over the European Union naming Australia as high risk and removing it from it’s ‘white list.’

Basically, The European Union’s announcement means that Australian’s are likely to face travel restrictions for non-essential travel – because of the currently surging COVID-19 case numbers.

Obviously, this news has caused a lot of outrage as some Australians have been really desperate to travel freely again – Who doesn’t feel like a holiday after two years of restrictions and lockdowns?

Of course, The Project panel discussed the announcement last night – they have been diligently discussing every pandemic update for over two years and naturally, Price was not impressed and he didn’t mince his words,

News.com.au reported that Price said: “Fancy these (people) over there callings us dirty, filthy, Aussie Covid carriers.”

Basically, he didn’t hold back and he was pretty emotional about it.  Of course, Price has made a career out of having some bold opinions.

After all, he was a radio host on 2GB and Price can always be counted on for a strong opinion.  Remember when he said he wouldn’t, “cross the street,” to watch the women’s AFL?

Still, Price being his fiery self is always good television.
