Burger King Unveils Toy-Free Meals For Naughty Children

As any parent will tell you, the pester power of a toy with a kid’s fast food meal is marketing genius 101.

However, Burger King in Belgium has devised a clever way to handle bratty kids – a King Junior meal that doesn’t come with a toy for naughty little kids.

Called the Bad King Junior – it comes with the usual burger and fries, but no plastic toy. You can still buy a normal King Junior if you reckon your kids have been good.

The campaign can be seen in cinemas, on the web (5″, 15″ and 25″ films), in-store and on social media from 21 February.

The spot’s the work of acclaimed Paris agency Buzzman and you can check out the TVC below. However, B&T does wonder why misbehaving children are being rewarded with a Whopper and fries anyway.
