Tuesday TV Wrap: Survivor Gives The Block A Tickle

If The Block thought it would have it all its own way this season it wasn’t counting on the survival instincts of 10’s Survivor.

Last night, the 10 stalwart even had The Block in its gun sights, posting 804,000 viewers to Scott Cam and co’s 883,000 (OzTAM metro numbers).

Nine won the night with 29.1 per cent of all of the audience eyeballs (all channels). Seven posted 26 per cnet, 10 had 21.4 per cent, the ABC did 15.8per cent and SBS did 7.8 per cent.

Seven’s 6pm was the most watched show of the night with 966,000. Home And Away did 629,000, The Chase had 548,000 and Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly pulled 463,000.

10’s other standouts were The Project (512,000) and 10 News First (372,000).

Over at Nine, its 6pm news bulletin did 910,000, ACA had 804,000, SeaChange pulled 548,000 and Hot Seat managed 513,000.

In the battle for breakfast, Sunrise (285,000) toasted Today (175,000).
