Xero Australia Appoints Vladka Kazda As Marketing Director
Vladka Kazda (featured image) joins the Xero Australia team as Marketing Director on 13 May.
Kazda is responsible for Xero’s brand and go-to-market strategy in Australia, including leading the marketing function’s operations, channel mix, analytics, automation and customer loyalty programs.
A key position on Xero Australia’s senior leadership team, Kazda will work closely with Trent Innes, Xero Australia’s managing director, to reach, engage and grow Xero’s market share of small business customers and accountant and bookkeeper partners.
The role was previously held by Penny Elmslie, who was recently promoted to a newly created role within Xero’s global team as director of brand and community.
A digital native, Kazda brings to the Xero team more than 17 years of customer-focused, marketing experience.
Kazda is well regarded in the industry, having spent more than 15 years at carsales.com Ltd, playing a key role in building and maintaining its number one brand and market position in one of the most dynamic and hard-fought segments online today.
Kazda’s experience spans building and commercialising online audiences, and developing teams that thrive on delivering powerful outcomes through the creative use of data.
