Wavemaker Melbourne Snares TBWA’s Gabriela Stewart To Head  L’Oréal Business

GroupM agency Wavemaker has appointed Gabriela Stewart (main photo) as client managing partner, responsible for managing the agency’s dedicated and integrated L’Oréal media team across Australia and New Zealand.

With more than 20 years’ experience as a media and marketing leader, Stewart joins from United @ TBWA where she was precision marketing and media lead and has previously held senior roles at Carat and Mitchell & Partners. Having worked in both strategy and client management roles, she has partnered with clients such as Nissan, Tatts Group, Super Retail Group and Virgin Australia.

 

At Wavemaker, Stewart will be based in Melbourne as a member of the Melbourne office management team, charged with leading the agency’s relationship and performance on the L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand account. She will report to Wavemaker Melbourne managing director Nathan Cook and Wavemaker ANZ CEO Peter Vogel.

Wavemaker took over media agency duties on L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand from 1 October. Other recent client wins for the agency include DoorDash, Journey Beyond Group and Bumble.
