PR and marketing agency Keep Left has launched a new vaccination initiative to encourage employees to get jabbed against COVID-19.

As originally posted on their LinkedIn, the Vaxi-Cation scheme will see each double-jabbed team member in Melbourne and Sydney receive a $100 Visa gift card and an afternoon of leave to celebrate their “personal Freedom Day”.

The team members can also choose when they get their afternoon off.

In the post, Keep Left wrote, “We’re missing face time (not FaceTime) with colleagues and, of course, the resident office dogs.”

“By focusing on what’s in our control and keeping our minds fixed on the better times ahead, we know we’ll be celebrating company milestones and achievements together again, in the not too distant future.”

The campaign also features artwork by Keep Left’s creative team (pictured above).

The agency joins others who are rewarding staff, either for getting vaccinated or for simply working through Sydney and Melbourne’s lockdowns, such as Havas Media Group’s company wide ‘Hava Rest Day‘.
