MediaCom Appoints Esmé Fisher As Senior Production Director
MediaCom’s specialist division, MediaCom Beyond Advertising (MBA) has appointed an established industry expert, Esmé Fisher, as senior production director.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Fisher has worked internationally for both agency and production companies including the likes of Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA, Fallon, Grey, Droga5 and Mother delivering work for clients including St. George, Toyota, Mondelez, Reconciliation Australia, Subaru, Woolworths, Telstra, The BBC, Lion (Nathan), Sony, Skittles and Bank of Melbourne. Fisher joins MediaCom in a newly created role from most recent employer, Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney where she was Senior TV Producer.
Regarded as a key and intrinsic hire for The Content & Connections Agency, Fisher will work closely with Gemma Hunter, global executive creative director and head of MBA Australia to lead the development of MediaCom’s production offering.
In alignment with MediaCom’s vision ‘to be the leading business solutions provider’, Fisher will be responsible for defining the agency’s production offering across all mediums and looking for world class production optimisation opportunities to ensure MBA are continuously delivering work to the highest global standard.
Gemma Hunter said, “With applicants of the highest possible calibre from across the globe, the competition for this coveted role was fierce. In Esmé, we have found a total gun, a creative producer and a thought leader, with a strong focus on collaboration, organisation, communication coupled with a forward thinking and innovative approach.
“We’re delighted to welcome Esmé to our team as she joins us with a wealth of experience that will continue to drive MediaCom and our production offering forward”.
Fisher added, “I am so excited to come on board at MBA. Having had the utmost respect for Gemma Hunter for some time, the prospect of collaborating with her and the MBA team in Australia and worldwide, was an opportunity to jump at. I’m really looking forward to the breadth of content and helping to be a driving force of growth and possibility. There are some very interesting projects in the pipeline.”
Fisher’s tenure with MediaCom is effective immediately.
