Once again proving himself as the hardest working man in Adland, Ryan Reynolds has starred in one of history’s most ambitious crossover events: an ad for Mint Mobile and Aviation Gin, two of his brands.
The ad warns against combining the services of Mint Mobile with a bottle of Aviation Gin with the phrase ‘Don’t Aviation and Mint’.
Reynolds is the public safety face of the ad, warding the public against the dangers of indulging in a ‘u up?’ text after one too many G&T’s.
It’s not the first time Reynolds has embarked upon a mashup ad. His production company Maximum Effort introduced the recurring character of Satan in an ad for Match, a dating site, and brought him back for a Mint Mobile ad too.
